Main Themes
Under the topic of high touch, holistic education, this committee was charged with developing goals, objectives, and strategies. The main themes to be considered were:
- Advising and Mentoring
- Academic Support and Enrichment
- Innovative Curricular and Co-curricular Models
Objectives
Objectives for the final recommendations include:
- Improve graduate student success
- Setting priorities for efforts on transforming graduate education
- Provides priorities for funding through PEGS, unified NSF IGE grant, leveraging with undergrad TTL, and Institute funding opportunities
- Ability to align vision vertically across programs, colleges, and Institute and develop collaborations
